Shipping Carriers
We use DHL and USPS for standard, expedited, and priority delivery. Following fulfillment, normal transit is 1–7 business days unless unavoidable carrier delays occur. FedEx and USPS express options cost an additional fee and can be selected at checkout. Transit may vary and no delivery date is guaranteed; please ask our Support team for additional information.
Fulfillment Guarantee
Because waiting for a package can be frustrating, we give our word that fulfillment will occur as soon as possible. If a shipping-confirmation email is still missing on the third business day after an order is placed, contact our Support team for assistance.
Freight/Shipping Forwarders
Shipping to freight forwarders and shipping-forwarding services is not permitted. Any order meant for such a service will be canceled and receive a full refund.
